Architects arons & Gelauff fitted out the facade of a new dormitory on University of Enschede’s campus , eastern Netherlands, as a climbing wall.
According to Arons & Gelauff ,The climbing wall was an integral part of the building’s design from the first design sketches, whereby the wall and the apartments helped shape each other. The result is a sculptural building with 87 apartments and over 2500 hand and foot grips.
